2. We'll email or fax you a general direction and project estimate for your approval, usually within 1 to 5 working days.

     

3. Once approved, we'll prepare a complete project outline, covering:

     

Specific quantifiable objectives, in terms of cost per sale (or per new customer), profitability of the program, leads per month per sales rep - or whatever your critical measures are

Target audience plan (and how to reach them via media, postal mailing lists, email lists, etc.)

Positioning of the campaign or web site/pages (main message)

Offer(s) and Call to Action (what action you want the target audience to take)

Test matrix (if appropriate)

Format (of print ad, direct mail package, navigation outline of web site/pages,etc.)

Financial Analysis to ensure the program we've proposed makes sense, given your goals
